Our Advanced Technology
North County Eye Center has selected what we believe is the finest collection of instrumentation to enhance the quality of your exam and maintain the health of your eyes. Most patients comment that they have never seen the type of equipment we use throughout your exam. Our doctors continuously train and educate themselves to bring you the finest care available. Our new Electronic Medical Records and Online scheduling for healthy eye exams is pre-emptive of any nationally mandated technology requirements.
Our Experienced Doctors and Surgeons
All of our doctors and surgeons are among the most experienced and well trained in the country. Our surgeons have implemented the use of the newer premium IOL’s (intra-ocular lenses) to reverse both astigmatism and presbyopia during cataract surgery.
Our Comprehensive Ocular Services
Our staff has both ophthalmologists and optometrists allowing all of your ocular health problems to be addressed. We offer compassionate and comprehensive medical, surgical and optical care in order to achieve the best vision for each patient. When necessary, we work with the finest sub-specialists and will coordinate your care and scheduling to make a difficult time a little less troubling.

Every member of the North County Eye Center team is dedicated to providing excellent patient care. We treat each patient as an individual and work together to ensure excellent eye health. Our patients are able to enjoy a personal relationship with their doctor, the MAJORITY of your time will be spent with the DOCTOR not a nurse or technician. You can also schedule healthy eye exams with our optometrists at either of our locations Escondido or Poway when you are ready.
Our Proactive Approach
It is our practice to perform an array of pre-diagnostic testing not necessarily directed by our patients’ complaints to gain an overall picture of your ocular health. We often perform testing that we know will not be reimbursed by insurance, without charging, because we understand that it pays off in the long run to identify potential problems before they become a real problem.
